Last week Hope Academy Rwanda, celebrated its 4th Annual Science Fair. The event was full of enlightenment on different academic projects, as students presented a number of scientific experiments.

Last week Hope Academy Rwanda, celebrated its 4th Annual Science Fair. The event was full of enlightenment on different academic projects, as students presented a number of scientific experiments.  The Fair featured over 90 projects in a range of fields such asEarth Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and ICT.

The students’ presentations intrigued everyone and tookk them on a journey that illuminates their everyday experiences. The projects were interactive and all the guests were encouraged to actively participate

The best students were awarded according to the quality of their projects, oral explanation, creativity, explanative poster, and the overall visual impact of the project. On the other the visising schools had an opportunity to learn various things, ask questions on different science innovations and get acquited with the science world.

The Fair was visited by over 700 people in two days, including parents, the general public as well as a group of visiting public schools including GS. Kagugu, GS. Kacyiru II, Fawe Girls School, Mother Mary and Trinity Nursery and Primary School.

The guest of honour was Dr. Pancras Ndokoye, from the Ministry of Education, who talked to the students about the importance of Science and Technology in today’s world.
