Inyemeramihigo vs Police

Defending champions Police handball club will be seeking to extend the lead at the top of the league table to eight points when they visit Rubavu-based College Inyeramihigo on Saturday.

The three-time reigning league winners are the only side yet to lose a game this season and will be keen to stretch their unbeaten run to nine games against a relatively less experienced Inyemeramihigo.

Antoine Ntabanganyimana’s side have 24 points from eight games, five ahead of their bitter rivals APR who have played a game less. Inyemeramihigo are in the seventh place with 13 points.

In another game, bottom side Groupe Scolaire Rambura, who have collected just two points all season will host their fellow strugglers, University of Rwanda College of Arts and Social Sciences (UR-CASS), in ninth place with three points.
