Saturated fat doesn’t cause heart disease; sugar does.

The sugar industry bribed scientists at Harvard University in the 1960s to produce counterfeit studies shifting the blame for heart disease from sugar to saturated fat.

However, numerous recent high-quality studies have debunked the old saturated fat myth. 60 per cent of the human brain is made up of healthy saturated fat.
