Re: Officials want more stringent laws to bolster war against graft (The New Times Feb 18)

I have recently sought services in two public institutions. I noticed two worrying issues: attitude and tone with which the service providers treat service seekers! It is as if the government officials were doing a favour rather than their obligation. My sincere opinion is that this is fertile ground for graft.
