Ugandan singer Ykee Benda is set to rock Kigali at the annual Nyama Choma festival.

The festival is scheduled to take place on March 4 at La Palisse Hotel, Nyandungu. This will be the first time that the Munakampala star will be performing in Kigali.

The Nyama Choma festival is a BBQ event that takes place in Kigali, which brings together restaurants that specialise in nyama choma recipes. Not only do visitors get to sample the best grilled meats, but also enjoy a variety of funfilled activities throughout the day.

Benda, real name Wycliffe Tugume, is a 26-year-old artiste, famous for his songs like Budumbu, Kyenkyebula, Eva and Farmer.

The third edition last year was graced by A Pass, also Ugandan.
