President Paul Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame are joined by other officials in a group photo during the event to celebrate a decade-long partnership between Oklahoma Christian University and Rwanda. The partnership has seen more than 400 Rwandan students pursue various courses at both the OC campus in  the US and the MBA program in Kigali. The function took place at Kigali Convention Centre, Friday evening. More details to follow shortly.
