Bureaucrats should not frustrate the President’s efforts

It is always very interesting to hear President Paul Kagame address different business forums.

This reminds me of an article in The New Times where the writer said that it made him sick to think "how the President goes all over the world, mobilizing and encouraging businesses, tourists and investors luring them to come to Rwanda, and only for them to be welcomed by the careless business people and Government officials, with a pitying mentality on the importance of better service delivery.”

These were not frivolous remarks, but rather matters which must be taken very seriously by respective officials if Rwanda is to gain much from the tireless efforts of President Kagame.
