Editor, RE: "Bourbon Coffee vs. Bourbon Coffee: A tale of two coffee shops” (The New Times, December 30).

Dear Mr. Musinguzi, we read your published article about your experience at our two Bourbon Coffee shops.

First of all, we earnestly thank you for visiting Bourbon Coffee, though this time we failed in giving you "wow”—the Bourbon Experience.

But nevertheless, your observations are well noted; we thank you for bringing this more clearly to our notice. That shall enable us to improve on the points which have been pointed out by you from the point of view as Bourbon guest.

We strongly believe that all Bourbon guests deserve the best of service, hospitality as well the highest quality of Bourbon cuisine.

The Managing Director has also read your article and this responsibility of improving in zones where we lack has been discussed in details.

I am personally looking into these whole lapses and improvement levels are now in place.

Yes, it shall take time as you shall agree—improvement is ever happening a constant process—but I do hope that, within this coming week, you shall see and feel the difference at our outlets.

Your article has brought in a very urgent impact, especially on me.

We once again apologize as well as thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we positively trust the changes will be there for you to see, hoping that you shall experience what Bourbon Coffee has to offer on your next visit in quest of a perfect coffee and the best in international cuisine in Kigali.
