Ugandan singer Emmanuel Matovu alias Mun G is set to headline the ‘Kigali Count’ on New Year’s Eve.

The rapper will be joined by local DJs Focus, Bisoso, Infinity, Cliff and Chopa, who will be rocking the crowd into the New Year.

The Street Party will be held at MTN roundabout between Kigali Heights and Radisson Blu Hotel, in Kimihurura. "Just like New York does its count down in Time Square, Kigali will do its version at the MTN roundabout next to Kigali Heights, with great musical performances as we close the year and usher in 2017,” said Davis Genza, the organiser.

He added that people should expect lots of entertainment and fun plus fireworks. The party starts from 4 pm till dawn.
