LETTERS: Education Ministry should prioritize

I support implementing IT for education. Rwanda needs to leap frog in all sectors of development and the only way is through use of ICT. However, I appreciate some clarifications, is this system being funded by the government? Was this through a government procurement process?

There has been a lot of talk about Mineduc’s commendable effort to roll out the smart classroom/smart education which will involve deployment of Positivo made in Rwanda computers and digital educational content. Shouldn't the ministry have concentrated on this effort first, and ensure its success bearing in mind that this particular ministry has multiple, important and tight priorities?
