Boy band, Urban Boyz, will launch their latest album, "Adam na Eva” in Huye district tomorrow.

The trio of Humble Jizzo, Safi and Nizzo recently became the first music group to win the Primus Guma Guma Super Star music competition, bagging Rwf24 million with it.

In order to cater for their Kigali fans, the group has also organized a pre-launch party at the People Nightclub in Kacyiru this Friday night, before they head to Huye the following day. Urban Boyz are known for such hits as Pete Kidole, Tayali, Chaguwa and Nyeganyega.

This is the group’s sixth album, while Ishyamba, Batatu kurugamba, Tayali, Icyicaro, and Gitebe gatoki are some of the other albums to their credit.

"We decided to go back to Huye where we started our music and also taking back the trophy that we won recently in Primus Guma Guma season six, but before going down there we had to make sure that our fans in Kigali get a preview of our album the night before,” explained the group’s front man, Humble Jizzo.

The show will be staged at the Akarere (district hall). "We found the akarere big enough because other venues seemed not to be ready,” he further explained.

Charly and Nina, DJ Pius and Riderman have been lined up as guest artistes for the Kigali pre-launch party tonight. Humble further explained that the trio will be introducing their fans to some of the new songs on the album that have not been released yet.
