Emphasise skills transfer in major projects

The big problem with the implementation of such mega infrastructure projects in Rwanda and Africa in general, is the lack of local engineering companies being involved right from the start. The inclusiveness of local experts/companies is a prerequisite component for technology and local capabilities growth. A new model of involving local firms-localisation/buy-local-is necessary if we are seriously want to strengthen local expertise.

The big problem with the implementation of such mega infrastructure projects in Rwanda and Africa in general, is the lack of local engineering companies being involved right from the start.
