After a hiatus that spanned nearly three years, Rwandan artiste and lyricist Niyo Bosco has finally made a comeback with the release of single track Eminado.

The release of Eminado, which comes a few days before the official release of Niyo’s EP ‘New Chapter’, is a result of a new contract that the artiste recently signed with one of the biggest record labels in the country, KIKAC music, which is also home to big local musicians like Bwiza.

Speaking to The New Times, Niyo described Eminado as a heavy track that launches his comeback to the limelight after spending years without delivering for his fans.

"This is a new chapter in my music career and the best is yet to come. To my loyal fans, thanks for waiting and all I can assure you is that I’m back and ready to stay,” the artiste said.

The release of Eminado which was produced by Loader and directed by John Elerts, was highly welcomed by many of Niyo’s fans who have been eagerly waiting for his comeback ever since he started fighting with former management lines, one of the reasons that hindered him to produce music.

The song will be followed by a five-track EP that was crafted by some of the biggest producers in Rwanda including the likes of Prince Kiiiz, Santana, X on The Beat and Loader.

Niyo remains one of the best singers and lyricists in the history of the Rwandan music industry. He rose to fame after the release of his first track 'Ubigenza Ute' and later dropped hit songs like Piyapuresha, Ishyano, Seka, Urugi and many others.
