THE Democratic Republic of Congo and AS Vita Club head coach Jean-Florent Ibenge has praised new signing Sugira after his flying start in DRC football league.

The 58-year-old Ibenge admitted that Sugira is getting better but will continue to prepare him as he needs him to be good finisher.

"I believe he will get better and better because he is hungry to succeed, he has started well the league and I hope he will continue to work hard because he has qualities of a striker,” Ibenge said

The Amavubi striker scored the lone goal when his side beat AS Dragons 1-0 at Stade des Martyrs on Sunday to maintain a clean sheet for the Congolese side in two matches played.

It was the second goal for Sugira in the DR Congo league, Lina following a 3-0 win for AS Vita against MK Etancheite where he scored the second goal in a match played at Stade des Martyrs on September 28, 2016.
