A 22-year-old university student, Viateur Irambona last week won a brand new motorcycle courtesy of the ongoing Airtel Tunga promotion.

The Tunga promotion launched 3 weeks ago is part of Airtel’s strategy to reward its loyal customers.

Twelve lucky winners are expected to brand new motorcycles in the weekly campaign.

"I will use the motor cycle to do business as I continue my studies,” said Irambona.

Handing over the motorcycle in Rubavu, Airtel’s head of customer service, Jean de Dieu Nkurunziza, said the campaign is designed to reward the company’s loyal customers.

It is also part of our social cooperate responsibility to give back to society and help fight poverty, he added.

The overall winner is expected to walk away with a brand new Suzuki Alto worth Rwf30 million.

How to participate

To participate in the promotion, send 1 to 155, and then follow prompts. However, each SMS will cost Rwf100. On entering the promotion, answer the questions that follow; and each right answer earns 100 points; those who fail are given 50 points. The more the right questions one answer, the more chances of winning.
