Worried about how to spend your Sunday evening? Shining Stars, a worship team at Evangelical Restoration Church, Masoro Parish, is bringing together Kigali’s best gospel artistes in a concert dubbed "Slaves of Worship”.

The president of Shining Stars, Jake Kezi, says the worship team began its journey in 2004 and now, it is looking to celebrate Christ and the fact that God brought them together.

Under the theme; "You were bought at a price, therefore honor God with your bodies”, Shining Stars invites all believers to the concert to be spiritually enriched through gospel songs, dance and preaching from Apostle Yoshua Masasu.

In a phone interview, gospel artiste, Patient Bizimana, said he will perform his popular song Ubwo buntu and has promised a sturdy performance come Sunday.

"I am so excited and ready to be part of the concert. I am in the middle of my last rehearsals,” as I prepare to perform for my fans,” said Gaby Kamanzi, who is well known for her hits like Wowe and Arankunda. The singer will perform alongside Shekinah Worship Team and True Promises.

"There is so much more in store for the gospel lovers so come and enjoy your Sunday,” says Kezi.
