RSSB named 3rd best insurance/ social sector exhibitor in expo 2016

Rwanda Social Security board has continued to stand out as an undisputed social sector service provider by claiming “the 3rd best exhibitor award in insurance/ social sector,” a prize they even won in last year’s expo.

Rwanda Social Security board has continued to stand out as an undisputed social sector service provider by claiming "the 3rd best exhibitor award in insurance/ social sector,” a prize they even won in last year’s expo.

RSSB leadership expressed gratitude for remaining at the top having appeared among the three best performing insurance institutions out of the 7 that showed up for the expo.

According to Moses Kazoora, the RSSB Director of Public Relations and Communications Unit, winning the award was as a result of the good service delivery of the institution characterized by putting the wishes of the customers first,

"We are so delighted for the award and for the fact that our services have given the clients such great satisfaction. In the expo we had a big opportunity to reach out to many RSSB clients who under normal circumstances would perhaps find it difficult to reach us,” he said.

Kazoora added that then main aim of RSSB in the 19th expo was not to do business but to deliver services to all people.

Theawards are given by the Private Sector Federation after a thorough research to find out the best institutions in the expo.

Among the different acts that saw RSSB win the award were: giving health insurance cards to 731 people, handling up to 476 mituelle clients among whom 205 families made contributions reaching up to 1,614,000 RWF through an equity bank agent.

They also received up to 500 people who came to make consultation about houses affordable houses. RSSB has begun to build in Batsinda.  476 people have already registered as interested in these houses.The people who made inquiry about their contribution standings were 850.

The RSSB workers in expo 19 also made it a point to visitdifferent institutions to sensitize them about meeting deadlines in starting to make contributionsfor their employees.
