RE: "Over 1000 to be relocated from Bugesera’s Mazane Island” (The New Times, May 24).

How about building a golf course on that island? In my view, such a piece of land, surrounded with water, would be an ideal place for golfing and could even help our tourism industry.

I imagine that a golf course on such a pristine location could attract westerners living in the neighbouring countries to come and spend weekends there golfing. Of course, there would be a need to build other amenities such as hotels and other recreation centers in the area for other people to enjoy too.
