The minister in charge of Youth and Culture Joseph Habineza has added his voice to the many that advocate for English. He said that unlike French, English is easy to speak and use by most people around the world.

"English is the best language in business and not as hard to speak as French,” he told students of Kigali Health Institute.

He was also not happy with the way Rwandans waste a lot of time by doing small things over a very long period of time. He wondered if it is because we have a lot of time or we just have nothing to do at all.
