Poor service at a cost

Recently, as people scrambled to find where to watch the derby clash between Arsenal and Spurs that was telecast by GTV only, I found myself at a venue in Remera near Gisementi where customers who were mostly soccer lovers, were not given any respect despite payment of Frw1, 000 as entrance fee.

When time for the clash approached, we asked management to switch the channel to where the match would be telecast, but to my surprise, nobody bothered even after the crowd complained.

Later, the game was switched on. After sometime, the television went off for about five minutes and when it was switched back, it was on a different channel.

As if that was not enough, after the end of the game, we expected to watch the next game between Blackburn and Chelsea but to my disappointment, the management was not willing to let us watch even after registering a sale from the fans who ate and drunk their stuff.
