National Handball League title contenders APR will be seeking to maintain their unbeaten run this season when they travel to Huye to face UR-CASS in a league match on Saturday.

Still unbeaten after five matches, the military side are optimistic to extending their winning streak as they bid for a first league title in six years, having last won the championship in 2010.

APR coach Anaclet Bagirishya says his team is having a "wonderful season so far” and players are determined to ensure they maintain the momentum.

Elsewhere, ES Kigoma today host University of Rwanda’s College of Education (UR-CoE) in Ruhango District.

As it stands, Police, also unbeaten, top the table with 18 points, three ahead of second-placed APR who have played a game less while new entrants Kibogora in third place with 13 points.
