Rwanda Revenue Authority won their opening game of the 2016 Women’s African Club Championship in the Tunisian capital on Saturday.

RRA beat Algeria MB Bejaia by 3-1 (21-25, 19-25, 25-17, 18-25) in a thrilling encounter in Pool A. They will need to maintain that winning streak when the face Carthage of Tunisia in their second game today before their last pool game against Uganda’s Ndejje on Tuesday.

Hosts Carthage started their campaign aggressively as they hammered Ndejje of Uganda 3-0 (25-11, 25-13, 25-14).
