RE: "Rwanda has sent over 300 Red Notices on Genocide fugitives - ACP Kuramba” (The New Times, April 18).

Despite the challenges, we are grateful that you have not withered... You have continued pushing tracking and apprehending fugitives. Let us also thank those states that have been helpful in fighting cross-border crimes.

This, I have no doubt, will ensure that justice prevails.
