Rapper Oda Paccy is one of the most popular entertainers in Rwanda. Her fame came to the peak when she was cast to compete in the Primus Guma Guma Super Star music competition.

Towards the end of last year, Paccy secretly flew to Dubai where she spent $8000 to shoot the video for her ‘Niba Ari Wowe’ song.

Below, she talks to Sharon Kantengwa about other aspects of her life.

1. If you tripped on stage, what would you do?

I would try so hard to forget it happened and focus on impressing my fans instead.

Drinking water

Apocalypse

5. If you weren’t in the arts, what would you be?

A computer engineer

Never, what if he’s not my type?

Potatoes, I never get enough of them.

9. What do you consider when choosing an outfit?

Comfort comes first.

10. What is on your to do list?

I watch news all the time; I’m never really into shows

I am no longer a prisoner of the past

16. What’s your definition of a perfect weekend?

Having a concert on Friday and Saturday and enjoying Sunday with family and friends.

17. Car size: big or small?

Small cars look nice, look at the likes of Benz and Ferrari.

Keep it up little girl, you are talented, never give up. That was from a fan.

Haute couture

20. If you won a million dollars, what would you do with it?

I would invest some of it into my career and use the rest to help HIV infected women and children

Why do we suffer?
