APR defeated Urumuri 43-29, with Viateur Rwamanywa finding the net 13 times to inspire his side to the victory while defending champions Police beat University of Rwanda College of Education 42-26. UR-CE’s Innocent Mwiseneza scored the game high 11 goals.

After the win which kept the two sides with an equal tally of points 12 after four games, despite Police having a higher goal difference, APR’s Anaclet Bagirishya admitted the league is still open and so his team can only hope to continue winning the games for as long as possible.
