Mukura 3-2 Amagaju

Muhajiri Hakizimana scored twice to help hosts Mukura Victory Sport come from a goal down to win 3-2 against Amagaju FC in the national football league match played on Sunday at Huye stadium.

The hard-fought victory saw Godfroid Okoko's side move into third place with 20 points, four behind leaders AS Kigali and just one point adrift of second-placed Rayon Sports after ten rounds matches.

Claude Saiba Mumbele put Amagaju in the lead with a powerful header in the fourth minute but Christophe Ndayishimiye equalized for Mukura in the 43rd minute.

Seven minutes into the second half, Dieudonne Munezero put the visitors ahead gain with a great finish after Mukura defenders failed to clear the ball in the box.

After conceding the second goal, Mukura took control the game, creating multiple scoring chances but without finding the back of the net until Hakizimana converted from the spot in the 61st minute to make 2-2.

Cheered on by a half-full Huye stadium, Mukura kept pressing Amagaju defense which resulted into a second penalty in the 83rd minute that was well taken by Hakizimana.
