RE: "Minister Harerimana tips taxi-moto supervisors on security” (The New Times, January 30).

I personally acknowledge the impact of taxi-moto business on national development, but I must also state that the people involved in this business must realise how important security is, should the need be to further continue running their business and achieve bigger targets.

I think the Police did incredibly well by bringing together supervisors of taxi-moto operators; this was a great move to mobilize them to also become responsible citizens who actively participate towards security in the country.
