J'eska Washington, an African-American woman who relocated to Rwanda three years ago, has discounted the recent ruling by the UK Supreme Court that Rwanda is 'not safe' for asylum seekers.

"I have not felt any danger or unsafe," she said.

Washington was talking to The Long Form, a weekly podcast of The New Times, for the November 27 episode.
