Rwanda’s selection as hosts of the 2024 ATP Challenger 50 Tour event marks a significant milestone for the country, signalling its growing prominence on the international sports stage.

With a budget of US$250,000, including a substantial cash prize of US$50,000, this event is set to be among the biggest sports spectacle in Rwanda in terms of prestige, going by the status of each event at the international level, joining the ranks of Tour du Rwanda (Cycling) and Basketball Africa League (BAL).
