Aspiring writers and authors stand to benefit from a workshop called The Story I Will Tell that will be held at the Kacyiru-based Kigali Library Services on Saturday.

" Participants will be trained in how to make a good story, how to make their stories more captivating. They will also be trained in skills to write different genres of literature that are not often explored by Rwandans like fiction and adventure” said Hero Shyaka, the program director of Imagine We Rwanda, the workshop organizers

"We want to support aspiring authors and writers and practicing Rwandan writers who want to improve their skills in writing literature that is marketable. This is a perfect opportunity for students in holidays to develop new skills." Shyaka added

The workshop will be conducted by re-known bloggers and writers, like Fabrice Nzeyimana and many foreign experts.

Imagine We Rwanda is a youth led literacy NGO that has been helping some young writers develop their talents. The workshop  kicks off on Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm. Entrance is  Rwf. 6000. Registration ends on Wednesday.
