Rayon Sports, INATEK battle for volleyball title

The battle for this year’s national volleyball league title between Rayon Sports and the Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Education (INATEK) is expected to go to the wire on the final day of the season at Amahoro indoor stadium.

The battle for this year’s national volleyball league title between Rayon Sports and the Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Education (INATEK) is expected to go to the wire on the final day of the season at Amahoro indoor stadium.

Defending champions APR, are already out of contention which leaves league leaders Rayon Sports (58 points) and second-placed INATEK (56) to battle for the crown which comes with a ticket to represent the country at next year’s CAVB Club Championships.

Both teams are separated with just two points with three matches left including a meeting between the two teams in the very last tie of the season this afternoon.

Dominic Ntawangundi Sesonga’s INATEK start the day with a tough date against APR, starting at 9am at Amahoro indoor stadium and they face Kirehe at NPC gymnasium before what could be the title decider against Rayon Sports at 5pm at Amahoro indoor stadium court.
