The 2007/08 National League entrants, Electrogaz and Military clash in the finals of the second division league today at Amahoro stadium.

Electrogaz who stands favorites for this year’s Second Division national league title emerged among the two top finalists after defeating Aspor 5-0 goal aggregates in the semi finals which were climaxed last week.

Meanwhile, Military FC clinched the Premier division spot after pouncing Musanze 3-2 on goal aggregates in the semi finals last week but right from the group stages, Military never poised much resistance of even marching out of the star-studied group to reach the finals. But only, they have attributed consistency towards their earned success.

With both clubs already in next year’s Premier national football league, the battle stands on who will take this year’s second division title.

It is the skills of Electrogaz coach, Abdu Mbarushimana and Military FC coach Pierre Bizimana that will earn the top club this year’s trophy.

The women league finalists, Musanze and Kayonza will open the day’s competitive schedules at 2pm. Both Musanze and Kayonza are in the battle for this year’s women league championship after emerging winners in their respective groups (A&B)
