Ugandans, singer Bebe Cool and socialite Zari Hassan, who is pregnant with Tanzania’s Bongo flava star Diamond Platnumz’s first born, are in town to grace the Rwanda International Fashion World scheduled for tomorrow, June 27 at the Villa Porto Fino Hotel swimming pool. It promises to be an evening of glitz and glamour for the first ever edition of the inauguration of Rwanda International Fashion.

The Ugandan reggae and ragga artiste will perform alongside our own rapper Riderman. The show will also see local and fashion designers from Uganda, Kenya as well as Tanzania take part.

"I want a platform where these young models are better placed to learn from counterparts from East Africa and exchange ideas. One day they may be hitting international runways, " said Sandra Teta, the founder of Luminous Events that is organising the show.

Teta, who also organized last month’s massive Red Avenue, a celebrity party, added that models will be trained to embrace modeling as a profession and not just for fun.

The show starts at 7p.m and entrance fee is Rwf10,000 and Rwf15,000 in the general and VIP sections respectively.
