NGO donates books to school.

In a campaign that will be hopefullty be repeated by more organizations , youth-based NGO Imagine We Rwanda donated a batch of 150 books to Gacuriro-based Ecole l’Horizon.

In a campaign that will be hopefullty be repeated by more organizations , youth-based NGO Imagine We Rwanda donated a batch of 150 books to Gacuriro-based Ecole l’Horizon.

The batch contained child story books that pupils can enjoy reading and will later enable them acquire exposure through reading as to build a knowledge-based society. 

The pupils showcase their talents 

Scovia Yukuri Mpagara ,a pupil who was recognised for her interest in reading encouraged fellow pupils to read, "When you read you learn a lot and it's fun."

According to Dominique Alonga Uwase , the founder of Imagine We Rwanda "We chose story books because they are easier and more fun for children to read than the existing science textbooks. "

Hero Shyaka a co-founder added they were on a book collecting drive in order to donate to more schools . Alodie Nyirandegeya , the head teacher appreciated the gesture and told the 900 pupils present "When you grow up come back and contribute something to your school."
