UAExchange opens third branch in Rwanda

Money transfer and foreign exchange firm, UAExchange has opened its latest branch in Nyabugogo.

Money transfer and foreign exchange firm, UAExchange has opened its latest branch in Nyabugogo.

The outlet is the third branch in Rwanda and is expected to facilitate business around Nyabugogo business area in Nyarugenge district.

Riyaz Naghoor, the firm’s Head of operations said that the branch will bring on board efficiency and will help ease doing business in Kigali.

"Customers have been moving long distances to access money transfer services in and around Kigali, thus creating the need to have more outlets that will help promote the ease of doing business in Rwanda,” Nagahoor told The New Times. Clients welcome the initiative

Mutoni Uwase a Nyabugogo based trader said that the branch will foster competitiveness in Rwanda’s forex industry and thus improve quality of services.

And this is what Rwandans, especially traders are looking for- efficient and quality services, she added

UAExchange has over 750 offices across 32 countries with a customer base of over 7.9 million customers.
