The Pan-African movement was a noble cause. But it has since died a natural death at the altar of politics. It’s a dream that has been shattered by the very governments that should be protecting and promoting it. It has been failed by the same people that benefited from it before getting into government.
The movement can hardly succeed operating under different national chapters due to the lack of independence since it will always be dependent on governments, some of whom blamed for the suffering of their people.
Suppose there was a Pan-African movement chapter in Burundi working under the Foreign affairs ministry, of course it would also now be rooting for a third-term for the incumbent.
