'Beyond Borders of Chuki' is a poetic book that delves into the enchanting youth perspectives of African Great Lakes Region. Inspired by Fred Mfuranzima's travels and exploration of regional countries, the collection unveils the intricacies of peacebuilding, social development, and mental health through the lens of the vibrant youth.

In Swahili, 'Chuki' translates to hate, enclosing the struggles and challenges faced by the young generation. Through vivid verses and delightful imagery, the book showcases their way of life, from moments of sheer happiness to conflicts and contemplations, all the while envisioning a brighter future.
