I hope that it will be a real park where there will be walk ways for people to move around, places to sit and parks where children can have fun, entertainment and other leisure activities for relaxation etc., not just buildings.

***************************************Environmental concerns are valid and well received. The decision to let the developers undertake this project on that particular land was carefully weighed by the City of Kigali, Rema and RDB (an environmental impact assessment was carried out).

Besides this, there are several measures that have been put in place to address other issues; For example, the project will not be taking up the entire swamp. There will be a 20-metre set back/buffer zone, land that will not be constructed.

The project is very green-oriented/environmentally friendly.
