Editor,

"The right move for my career”; well, good for him! What about what was right for Ferwafa? Has he no shame?

What is the meaning of a contract if it can simply be broken when something better comes along? The selfishness and lack of integrity of this man is appalling. I say "good riddance.”

Chris should hold his fire! It’s every professional’s dream to reach the pinnacle of their career and Mr. Johnson is no exception. He is as entitled to this as you are.

If you follow international football management you will agree that this is standard practice. The charismatic Jose Mourinho left Porto for Chelsea two days after winning the 2004 Champions League with the Portuguese giants. Are you saying Jose Mourinho should have turned down the career defining move to Chelsea?

Seems like Lee Johnson has done some good stuff for local football; let’s appreciate what he’s done and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
