Creating more job opportunities through the Recognition of Prior Learning Program

This is an important program because it is one way of responding to the national vision of creating 200,000 off farm jobs annually. We are exploring all ways of creating jobs and in doing so we have discovered that there are people who already have technical skills and other activities like brick laying and some can manufacture some small consumable products.
