When Nigeria’s newly minted superstar Asake appeared on ‘The Tonight Show’ with Jimmy Fallon in the US, the biggest takeaway was the performance of the backing band who elevated the singer’s own craft that night. The same band is in Kigali, Rwanda to perform at the Trace Awards taking place today at BK Arena.

The New Times understands that The Compozers, which is one of the best boy bands in the world, landed in Kigali on Wednesday, October 18, and will be playing live music for mega-stars like Davido and Mr Eazi at the awarding ceremony which is regarde so far as the biggest music event to take place in the capital of Rwanda.
