[PHOTO STORY] Leaders join Gatsibo residents for Umuganda

Senior leaders attending the National Leadership Retreat in Gabiro joined residents of Gatsibo for Umuganda yesterday. Over 300 top leaders are at the Rwanda Defence Forces Combat Training Centre for a three-day retreat which started yesterday. President Paul Kagame chairs the retreat.

Senior leaders attending the National Leadership Retreat in Gabiro joined residents of Gatsibo for Umuganda yesterday. Over 300 top leaders are at the Rwanda Defence Forces Combat Training Centre for a three-day retreat which started yesterday. President Paul Kagame chairs the retreat.
