Now that the district of Huye has donated computers to its respective sector and cell leaders, there is reason for better performance in the district’s leadership.

These computers which will be connected to the internet will make these sections efficient.

Internet access is the quickest way to reach far and beyond the small country of Rwanda.

Together with the fast options that different computer soft-ware and Programmes offer, work will be made swift and the levels of bureaucracy will be cut down immensely.

Now with the ongoing issue of the National IDs, long line and delays will be minimized just because everything has been upgraded to ICT and Internet from the File format of bookkeeping.
