RAYON SPORTS talisman Jerome Sina will sign for a Bosnian club before the current transfer window closes on January 31 if the two parties reach a deal in the ongoing talks.

The Congolese midfielder left Kigali last week for a trial – in the same season he had joined the Blues from Police FC, which had signed him on loan from DR Congo’s FC Saint Eloi Lupopo.

"Jerome Sina has not been attending training and I have been told that he went to Bosnia. If he would like to leave Rayon Sports, there is no problem, he can go. It is good for his career,” Rayon Sports head coach Andy Magloire Mfutila said of his compatriot.

Sina former teammates Karim Nizigiyimana and Abouba Sibomana signed for Kenyan giants Gor Mahia a week ago with centre back Faustin Usengimana also linked to the Kenyan side. The Blues, who sit in fourth position with 21 half way through the national football league, have not won a league match since November. They will hope to start the second round with a win away to Amagaju on January 28.

Meanwhile, Rayon Sports have signed Burundian Pierrot Niyomusabye and, according to spokesman Aime Emmanuel Niyomusabye, the club is set to agree terms with the Congolese pair of Junior Kengi Mutombo (AS Bantou) and Pappy Tshishimbi Kabamba (TP Mazembe).

The seven-time league champions are also preparing for the upcoming Caf Confederation Cup where they will face Panthère Sportive du Ndé FC of Cameroon with the first leg scheduled for the weekend of February 13-15, and the return leg a fortnight later in Kigali.
