It is very good for people who have health problems and one could even make it at their own place if they need to and cannot go out for it, says Ayub Hakizimana, a cook from Nyamirambo.

"It’s very easy to make with very low effort since you just have to get the meat of your choice and put it in a box and within an hour you will be enjoying this sauce,” he says.

What you’ll need

•Beef, goat’s meat, chicken, fish or any meat of your choice•A small sauce pan•Tomatoes•Onions•Green pepper•Carrots•Salt•Coat meal

Procedure

•Get your saucepan and get the meat, chop it into pieces and put it in the saucepan. •Get the tomatoes, onions, carrots, coat meal, green pepper and cut them mixing them with the meat in the saucepan and then add salt plus some little water.

•Get a bigger sauce pan from which you are going to boil your kabox in. •Get banana fibre and lay it in the sauce pan and place your kabox. •Put on fire to boil for at least one and a half hours or two, and then check it out. •If it’s ready, you can eat it with any food you want; green bananas, posho, potatoes or rice among others.

This is good for anyone with pressure, diabetes and other health problems.
