Both the newly district elected mayors, Stephen Rwamulangwa of Gasabo and Gerald Muzungu of Kirehe, are good and exemplary leaders. They now have to strive for further excellence in order to achieve the goals of their respective districts.

Gasabo performed poorly under Willy Ndizeye’s reign but we hope the status quo will change henceforth. Kirehe performed well under Protais Murayire and we hope the new mayor will lead the district to even better performance.
