The training was organized by the Organization of Women in Sports (Akwos) which empowers women through sports in partnership with Ashoka an organization that identifies and invests in leading social entrepreneurs, individuals with innovative and practical ideas for solving social problems to change patterns across the world.

Vicent Otieno Odhiambo, the youth venture program manager of Ashoka, said before they think of changing others, it was important that they first change their attitude wholesomely towards innovations and practicability, then they will be in position to change others.
