Thousand hills Rugby Club coach Juma Adams Mugabo has vowed to end Lion de fers’s 3 years unbeaten run in the Ruby 10s tournament slated to take place on December 7 at Utexrwa.

"We have upped our training sessions to twice a week and all the players are in good physical condition,” Mugabo said.

Thousand hills rugby club has so far played with Lion de fer twice this year in the Rwanda rugby federation 7s and sharks 7s and in both tournaments, the former lost to Lion de fer by only one try in two finals, something the coach believes has been a lesson to him and the players.

All eight rugby clubs: Lion de fer, Remera Buffalloes, Puma, Tumba College, Thousand hills rugby club, Muhanga Rugby, grizzles Rugby club and Rwamagana Rugby club will take part in the one day competition.
