However, I would like to bring to your attention that we have held a meeting with the Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority and agreed to address the challenge.

However, I would like to bring to your attention that we have held a meeting with the Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority and agreed to address the challenge.
We will also hold another meeting with all clearing agents to try and explain the ongoing efforts geared at addressing this challenge which was brought forward by clearing agents a couple of months ago.
It is, therefore, not true that Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority has ignored the problem. We do appreciate the support given to us by relevant authorities, including Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority. Thank you.
