It was all glitz and glamour at the Tecno Fashion Week grand finale held at the Kigali city tower on Friday November 7.

It was all glitz and glamour at the Tecno Fashion Week grand finale held at the Kigali city tower on Friday November 7.

The colourful event attracted fashion pundits and top models from several fashion houses around the globe; renowned Ugandan fashion designer Santa Anzo from Arapapa models, Zambian stylist Chisoma Lombe the President and director of Chiso house of fashion and Davy Carmel from Burundi also graced the occasion.

The local designers who showcased their outfits included Patrick Muhire of Inkanda house of fashion, Zoe Carine Umutoniwase of Onyx garments, Sonia Mugabo of SM fashions and Alida Baranyikuze of Dali fashion agency.

The audience was left yearning for more of the great designs. (Doreen Umutesi)

The event was attended by officials from the Ministry of Youth and culture and the British High Commissioner William Gelling was the guest of honour.
